We custom cut these durable "self-sealing" cutting mats and grids to your specification at no extra cost.

1. Select the large stock-size mat from the selections below that is a little larger then the dimensions you want for the custom cutting mat. Example: to make a 40 x 90 inch mat you would need to order a 4' x 8' mat.
   
   
2. When you are finished shopping, go to Checkout. During Checkout, in the "Comments" field, enter the exact specifications you want for your custom cut mat(s). Example: Custom cut 4' x 8' mat to 40" x 90" inches. If ordering multiple custom mats include the information required for each mat. Please be sure that you enter the correct information. We will cut your mat and grid to the exact size your enter. We cannot accept returns of custom-cut mats unless the mistake is made by us.

• There are no extra charges for custom-cutting your mats.
• Remnants (cutoffs) are not shipped with your order unless you request it at the time of the order.
• NOTE: The optional 1" grid underlay is for alignment purposes only, not for precise measuring of the material to be cut. Underlay grid is not suitable for direct cutting. Numbered measurements available only on 2x4 and 4x8 grids.
