Bristol board (also known as Bristol paper) is a heavy-weight drawing paper used for technical drawing, illustration, and other 2-dimensional art. Bristol board is rated by the number of plies it contains. Original Bristol board was made in Bristol, England and was a pasted board made of paper containing rags. Sulfite, tub-hard sized, artist quality, true two-ply pasted, drawing Bristol board with a neutral pH for the best possible archival characteristics. Both sides of the sheets are identical and may be reversed for economy.
