Shipping & Handling Information

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! We only ship to 50 US states and Canada. We have a $20 minimum for all online orders. Our flat-rate shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order shown below.

For US orders, we ship by UPS or FedEx, whichever is best for your particular order. Heavy or oversized orders may be shipped by freight. Smaller, lighter orders may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs also differ between commercial and residential addresses; commercial addresses are generally a bit less expensive than residential.

EXPEDITED shipping is available for an extra charge (see notes below). Additional shipping charges will be added for oversized or heavy items.

CANADIAN orders are generally shipped by UPS. Any Canadian duties, brokerage fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Shipping Notes

  • FREE SHIPPING*: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the lower 48 US states, expedited orders, oversized items, or some products shipped by truck.
  • CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: We rely on our customers to provide accurate shipping information. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED, MIS-DELIVERED, OR RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE INFO. If customer requests a new shipping address or re-direction of package(s), we will accommodate where possible, but additional fees will be incurred. If a package is returned to us or our vendor because of an inaccurate address, customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • CANADIAN ORDERS: Canadian orders are subject to Canadian customs, duties, taxes. We prepay these fees up front on most items (except orders shipped by UPS.) We are not responsible for any Canadian brokerage fees or customs delays. NOTE: If you refuse to pay the UPS/FedEx brokerage fee and the order is refused or returned, you will be charged return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS: Depending on the size/weight of the order, additional shipping charges may be added to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If this is a concern, please E-MAIL for a shipping quote BEFORE placing your order.
  • UPS/FEDEX ACCOUNTS: We will be happy to ship your order using your business or personal shipping account. Please indicate such in the Comments section on your online order or to the person taking your phone order.
  • OVERSIZED/HEAVY ITEMS: Additional shipping charges may be added to your order on items shipping oversize if noted on the product page. IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard freight company delivery is included in our large freight shipping. This means dropping the shipment at a loading dock, sidewalk, or door. If customer requests INSIDE DELIVERY, the freight company will charge us $50 extra. We will pass that charge on to the customer. To avoid paying this extra charge, the customer should be prepared to retrieve the package themselves.
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: For Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day shipping an additional charge will be added to your order. Please e-mail or call for shipping quote. Expedited orders must be phoned in before NOON Eastern time to ship same day. Orders placed after Noon will not ship until the following business day. NOTE: You must send us an e-mailed confirmation if you want to place an expedited PHONE ORDER using your personal or business UPS/FedEx account.
  • Please allow adequate time (typically 3-5 business days) for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered to the continental US. This will depend on the item(s) ordered, shipping destination, and the time of year.
  • Please allow additional time for shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses. Some custom cutting mat orders may require extra time. Often, around back-to-school time and Christmas, your order may take extra time to be processed and delivered. We do not guarantee Christmas delivery unless you use priority, expedited shipping. NOTE: A business day does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.
